CRM Lead Generation / CRM Developer

About Us
Property development business based in the UK. We buy land to build houses on and need someone who can help build a CRM system for sending out marketing letters.

About the role
Experience building a CRM database system, ideally using Citrix PODIO, or another suitable system.
Hours Required: part-time, paid hourly, 2-4 hours work as required
Job Deadlines: 24 hours to complete the work

About You
Essential skills: knowledge in building and running a CRM database, including:
- Automate marketing letter generation and follow-up letters
- Populate marketing letters using customer details
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable and proactive

Also useful to have:
- Good Excel formatting and data entry skills
- Ideally has previous experience working in UK real estate
- Some internet-based research may be required
