Cold Call/Telemarketing

Work remotely to collect intelligence that will generate business opportunities, call prospects and schedule appointments for the outside sales team. Looking for a direct marketer with excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in any situations. This person will be responsible for generating leads for our sales partners, and at the same time may be required to close deals when necessary. This person must have a cheerful phone manner, a positive attitude, and be a self-motivated individual. This person must also be a strong team player yet still be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
Execute daily goals and priorities assigned by manager or company
Solicit merchants to sign up for company’s products and services
Answer merchant questions and provide information on company procedures and policies
Deliver prepared sales talks and read from scripts that describe our products and services to persuade potential generate leads or induce to sign up directly
Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit for sales and services
Explain products, services, and pricing, and answer questions from merchants
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific merchants
Answer telephone calls from potential merchants who have been solicited through advertisements
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective merchants
Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve these goals
Secure and manage information by updating database
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
