Virtual Assistant For Real Estate Company- Data Entry, Article Marketing, Email Screening & Follow Up,

1. Monitor our Gmail account and accept orders by clicking on email message links and then filling out online forms and submitting them to complete the order.

2. Data Entry - Taking information and photos on homes for sale and posting them to multiple websites (12). Each home/property takes approximately 25 minutes per home/property. There will be approximately 8 per day.
In a separate task you will be compiling information from one website with multiple homes for sales and entering information that you compiled into another website.

3. Article marketing - We have ongoing SEO activities that require article marketing. We will supply the articles and you will utilize a combination of online tools and websites to post the articles we give you.

Normally working hours will be 9am-5pm GMT +8. However, you will be occasionally required to be online during our normal working hours (9 am- 5pm GMT -5 hours) for training etc.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills are essential to good performance. As proficiency increases so will your responsibilities and salary.

Training videos have been completed for all of the task above. We will also provide additional one-on-one training via the internet. In addition you will have to take a behavioral profile test (only takes 3 mins) to qualify for this position.
