JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Virtual Assistant / Customer Success Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup.

The Virtual Assistant / Customer Success Agent will be responsible for the management of our Social Media Content Creation team. The individual will work closely with them to implement client requests and ensure our high-quality standards are maintained.



Email
Management:
- Respond to emails and setup tasks in our Trello management system.
- Monitor content creators progress and communicate via internal messaging software
- Notify CEO of any issues or concerns from clients or our team

Onboarding New Clients:
- Follow our clear and checklisted process to successfully onboard new clients
- Monitor and follow up with clients to complete Onboarding.

Proof Reading Social Media Posts (Quality Control):
- Ensure all social media posts hit our quality standards and meet each client’s requirements.
- Ensure all posts are created on time
- Communicate with content creators to ensure changes are made

Other:
- Send daily reports to the CEO summarising all activity
- Support our social media content creation team with various admin tasks
- Manually share Instagram posts for our clients every day
- Help to grow clients Instagram and Twitter accounts by following and liking

The successful candidate will be:
- Possess strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English language ability
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Confident managing a remote team of social media professionals
- Be able to multi-task, prioritise, and think quickly under pressure
- Confident working across the main social media channels and have a strong understanding
- Confident using social media scheduling systems and comfortable using new systems
- Open to take on new tasks and learn as your role and our company expand
- Like an environment of continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home office

Remuneration:
- $5-8 per hour
- 20+ hours per week
- Progression into full-time available
