JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there, I am looking for a VA to manage our social media accounts. Here is what a successful VA will be doing:
1. Researching and drafting content – 70% new content 30% from other influencers/pages
o Quotes, images, videos, IGTV
o Create and run Twitter and a FB page
o Online presence and constant engagement on all platforms
2. Build Network
o Clean up accounts
o Follow, friend, comment with new people
o Use Manage Flitter
3. Handle Reports
o ROI is very important
o Set and hit targets – FB likes, IG and Tweeter followers
4. Keeping profiles updated
o New profiles Image regularly
o Daily posts and stories
5. Managing FB ads
o Set up and launch campaigns
o Creating buzz around the launches
o Reports on the ads, tweaks and split testing
6. Create new pages and profiles as needed
o For future / other related businesses
7. Maintain weekly planner
o Setting goals
o Keeping things fresh
8. Keeping tabs on competitors
o Getting ideas from big brands and competitors
o Keeping track of their marketing strategies and growth
9. Daily and weekly reports and communication

For the first two weeks it’ll be a trial period. If we both agree, then it will turn into an ongoing position.
Payment is $3/hour for 10 hours a week. We’ll increase the hours in the future upon successful results.
There may be further work in future stores as well.
