Virtual Assistant with Shopify & Canva Experience

I own a personalized gift business based on Shopify and we are searching for a virtual assistant to handle the following for us:
- Email management (responding to customers, making order changes, solving issues with customers or orders, etc).
- Placing dropship orders online with our suppliers
- Creating designs within Canva for Pinterest and Instagram stories
- Create new product listings within Shopify
- Find and contact Instagram Influencers

We use Trello to organize projects and communicate with our employees for daily tasks - this would be a preferred but not necessary experience. We expect this to be 15-30 hour a week job.
