Ruby on Rails Tutor

Im currently studying I.T. and Im looking for a tutor who can help me with Ruby on Rails preferably speaks Tagalog for easier communication. Someone who knows HTML, CSS, Git, JavaScript, APIs, MongoDB, Node.js, Mongoose, Express.js, React, Redux will be a bonus. Someone whose available from Monday-Wednesday early morning Australian Eastern Standard Time. Im not looking for someone to do my assessment/project but somebody who will help or guide me to do it.
