Looking for online consultant for writing children’s books

I am a director of Visang Reading Center in Visang Education Inc., the second largest English textbook publishing company in Seoul, Korea.
Our team is planning story books (10 volumes) for children. The stories should be very easy and simple ranging from 200 to 400 of Lexile Measure. They should be like short poems with a story line and target structures.
I prefer experienced writers who have written a lot of children’s books or editors who worked in a big children’s book publishing company. Since I am a professional writer with over 14 years of teaching experience, I just want to share our writing experience through free talking. I’d like to exchange information about writing experiences and editing experiences (planning, coming up with book ideas, searching for writers, editing, etc.)
Ideally, I’d like to have a video chatting session of 45 minutes three times a week. (10 sessions 15 dollars for each session). But it’s negotiable depending on your experience.
