Wordpress/Web Designer cum Developer (Part to Full Time)

We are looking for a part time/ full time wordpress designer/developer that can create from zero to awesomeness designs. You must know how to build PSD layouts like a ninja and convert it exactly 100% to wordpress theme. You don’t need to be a master in PHP but we want you to be a design guru to build themes for our clients’ needs. We need someone who knows how to work on various worpdress theme frameworks listed below:

Thesis 2.0+
Genesis
Woothemes
Responsive
Cherry Framework
Any other wordpress theme framework that can help build themes faster.
Skills and Tools (Required)
Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
HTML / CSS3
PHP
