The Customer Service Department is responsible for supporting the customers deposit execution with the broker direct by acting as a liaison.
***What You'll be Doing Each Day***
This role primarily assists customers who have queries regarding their investment they are going to make. This is where we provide an assurance to the customer by delivering an excellent customer service.
They customer may/will need assistance on how to deposit funds for trading with the broker. You will responsible to advise the customer on how the process works.
You will be expected to provide assistance with any general queries the customer may have or where you may have to contact the customer to assist in any technical issues they are facing.
You will not be dealing with any payments or processing but will assist the customer strictly via AnyDesk (Remote desktop tool) or a remote desktop tool of the customer’s choice if
Mention Goldfish when applying.

Requirements:
* Contact centre experience and with excellent command of the English language
* Aim to hit targets set
* Flexible with outstanding communication and problem solving skills
* Able to prioritise workload & multitask effectively
* Team orientated with a can do attitude!
* University Degree is an advantage but not a must
* Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of applications.
* Any knowledge of FX/Crypto industry is considered an advantage
* Ability to work in shifts on a rotation basis
