Experienced website designer

Hi There,

We are looking for a really talented website designer, with minimum 10 years experience.
You must be able to conceptualize, search and find great images to use and come up with exciting new designs each time. Must be highly skilled and efficient in Photoshop, if you have print design and logo experience it is a bonus but not essential as we are primarily a web design company.

Must speak fluent English! Self sufficient, able to work from home from 9am -5pm Australian time, good attitude, have the ability to work hard to meet deadlines, and occasionally work over time if required. If you agree to a deadline you must stick to it no matter what as our business depends on it and so does the rest of your team.

You will have a project manager to direct and assist you, and we will provide design brief and copy writing for each design. This is the standard we are looking for ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , so if you work is not up to this standard please don't apply.

You are required to use project management software to log your hours so this is a full time job.,

Starting salary will be $300 AUD per week, paid fortnightly or monthly through PayPal to start out, you will be reviewed every 3 months and depending on quality and efficiency may be eligible for a pay increase.
