Job Summary:
1. Works closely with Writers, Editors, Designers, Customer Service Reps, and more
2. Lead team communication through group and one-on one meetings
3. Motivate team, get to know them personally, and encourage social interaction
4. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects to meet deadlines
5. Executes projects in company systems with exceptional attention to detail
6. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
7. Reviews deliverables prepared by the team before passing to managers for revision
8. Constantly monitors and reports on progress of the project to management
9. Manage our systems by creating & updating new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
10. Participates in strategic planning meetings

***For this full-time position, we will pay a starting salary of $500/month with an opportunity for growth in compensation and responsibilities in the next 6 months. Review in performance.
