JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

1) Develop, design and prepares standard and customized HR reports, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness in accordance with the requests and HR practices;
2) Manage HR Operational Duties including HR Customer Service, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Employee Data Management and Compliance, Employee Relations and HRIS;
3) Draw up the human resource cost budget, supervise and control the implementation of the budget;
4) Proactively sourcing, screening and shortlisting of candidates through all kinds of channel for a wide range of roles to ensure timely onboarding of the required talents;
5) Organize and promote the construction of corporate culture;
6) Develops and implements internal protocols and procedures regarding issues of personnel disputes and grievances, staff misconduct, policy infractions?and properly handle labor disputes;
7) Keep abreast of law and regulations change and adjust internal policy and process accordingly;
8) Deal with the daily work of the department, responsible for the planning of all kinds of procurement, the inventory and management of fixed assets, as well as the review and control of office costs.


Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree or above , preferable major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related;
2) Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR and administration management;
3) Knowledge in local labor contract law as well as individual income tax regulation;
4) Experience in recruitment, human relation and compensation performance;
5) Excellent communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills;
6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required;
7) Basic Chinese communication skill is preferred.
