FULL TIME Video Editor / Graphic Designer For FAST Growing Digital Marketing Agency

We are running an extremely fast-growing digital marketing agency and are looking for someone who is really interested in learning the ins and outs of successful SEO and digital strategies through steady full-time, stress-free work. We service social media influencers that are reaching tens of millions of people, and we manage various websites, accounts, and projects.

The deliverables are varying and the work is consistent, immediately. This work involves very basic video editing and graphic design skills. The clients that we have nearly 100% produce "talking head" content via training videos, workshops, presentations, teachings, etc. This means that as far as video editing goes, it is about as basic as it can get. We simply have A LOT of it to do! Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro is a must, but understand that we do not do advanced work.

Our graphic design needs are also very basic. I have learned much of the abilities to do this work in just a few months with apps like Canva and ---------- otoshop skills are a must as well, but the work, again consists of basic logo design, meme creation, social imaging creation, and other basic things.

We have created workflows and training for many things that are required in this position, including video tutorials and step-by-step processes for you to follow as you learn the ropes.

My wife and I run the business and are doing basically everything ourselves right now. We are extremely organized and have been able to add new clients and build systems ourselves. We now are looking for a partner that wants to grow and wants consistent work every day (no more jumping from gig to gig).

In the first two months, there will also be some digital tasks, research and marketing tasks required as we transition our workflows to you. We would, however, like to start off, right away, with full-time employment.

You must be able to problem-solve yourself and you must be extremely proficient and efficient at very basic digital tasks. Your English skills must also be proficient because as part of the video editing workflow, creating subtitles is also a requirement.

We have created systems that can scale extremely quickly.
