We are looking at expanding our Filipino team and we are in need of a full-time experienced Social Media Manager. Must have a proven track record as a social media manager.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media Profiles, in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Senior Management.

We pay twice a month, on the 5th (1st through 15th time period) and 20th (15th through last day of the month time period.) of the month, currently through PayPal.

You will be given a company email that will be used for all our company platform logins.

We use ---------- to track the many different projects. You will need to log into ---------- and select the proper project to get paid for your work and maintain a 90?tivity rate.

We communicate strictly through our company chat. We use this software, and ---------- to keep everything organized.

We use a company file sharing platform to store all our project files.

We use a company productivity platform to stay organized and keep deadlines.

Social Media Manager duties and responsibilities
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define the most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with Senior Management team
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Hire and train others in the team
• Provide constructive feedback
• Adhere to rules and regulations
• Present to Senior Management
• Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation
• Content management (including blogs)
• SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
• Reputation management
• Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.
• Leverage the right tools to manage your content
• Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
• Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print, and digital marketing)
• Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns

Social Media Manager requirements and qualifications
• Five years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Great leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

The position will start with a fully paid full-time 1week trial period, to see how well you can manage our social media profiles. If your performance and talent are suitable, we will offer you a permanent full-time position.
