Facebook & Instagram Ads EXPERT

So, what am I looking for?
I'm looking for someone bright, someone with their own initiative and ability to work without micro management and most importantly, someone that can run facebook adverts for my clients with TOP notch results & knowledge on ads. Someone with a pragmatic and holistic approach to data, that can use current data and make ads even better!

Some of the things I require:
- Expert knowledge of Fb / Instagram Ads
- Ability to create ads in canva.
- Video editing ability (optional, but preffered)
- Knowledge of sales funnels and click funnels.
- Motivated, and does NOT need to be micro managed.
- Can create amazing reports monthly based on Ads data.
- Can show me case studies of ads they have ran before.
- excellent Copywriting (preferred)
(someone who has good ideas on strategy, and can carry them out without instruction)

The niches I work with are the following:
E-commerce, Info-product, Lead Generation.

I will be paying a fixed fee for each client managed. Around $300 USD per client managed. This is a position that has a lot of growth and you could be earning an easy $2500 + 3000 per month if you fit in with our company well!
