E-commerce company is looking for reliable Customer Service Representative who can work Full time (Atleast 40 hours a week). We need someone who is fluent in English, has a positive attitude, has a fast internet connection and a team player. MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS.

Responsibilities of the job include:
- Answering general inquiries
- Using specific tools to address customer concerns
- Processing customer orders
- Resolving issues regarding an order a customer might have.
