Top class web designer with xhtml/ css and flash wanted

We need an expert web, graphic and interface designer to join our team. The candidate will have at least 5 years web design experience, be very artistic, innovative and creative. We are looking for someone who can create fresh new designs, who can "push the envelope", create something brand new, someone who can take an already good design and make it much better.

The designer will also need to be able to code the designs in W3C validated xhtml/css so they can be put online.

Adobe flash and actionscript would also be a distinct advantage for the candidate as we will also need to create flash adverts, sales presentations, flash video and more.
