Exceptional PHP / Backend Developer

We operate an online marketing company in the U.S.

We have 5 full-time U.S. based employees and work with about 25 contractors both domestic and abroad. We operate one of the largest Internet Marketing training communities in the world.

We are looking for an *exceptional* web developer to assist with various coding projects for websites.

Experience Required:

1. Extensive working knowledge of PHP (or similar languages like Ruby, Python, etc.). Experience in PHP development frameworks is required. Previous experience with CakePHP is a huge plus.

2. Familiar with JQuery or similar frameworks like YUI, Flex, DoJo, etc. We use JQuery.

3. Experience working with and managing other developers.

We are looking for someone to work with on an ONGOING and CONSISTENT basis. In the beginning, you will be assisting our lead developer with any projects he needs help with.

Desired Skills (not required)

- Worked with Infusionsoft
- Understands and has experience with internet marketing concepts like email marketing and marketing funnels
- Has helped develop web pages and the checkout process for full-scale online product launches.

Work will be contract-based and part-time starting out which will lead to full-time depending on your rates. Length of time for projects and number of hours worked will vary from week to week.

Workload will steadily increase with strong performance.
