The Best Job EVER

This post is for the wonderful online workers from the Philippines. First, let me start by saying I love working with people from your country. I love how loyal and hardworking VA's from the Philippines have proven to be.

I have been told many times that I am the best boss that anyone has worked for. Why? Because I know how to treat my employees. We are not just business partners, we are also friends. I know all about their families and I also send them surprise bonuses on special days (like birthdays).

I own 7 different businesses, so you can probably imagine how many workers I need as I continue to grow. What does this mean to you?

1. I have positions for full time and part-time employees.
2. I have job tasks for VA's that are new and only have general knowledge.
3. I have job tasks for VA's that have advanced skills.
4. There are many job positions for each skill set so feel free to apply for a position even if it has been a month since the original post.
5. Wages will be determined based on the skill level you possess.
6. Wages will be capped at $10,000 per month.
7. There is HUGE growth potential.
8. I do not want you to feel uncomfortable in any way so if you need help. I am here.
9. We offer training.
10. I will not track your time. I will base everything on your performance, but if at any moment I feel that the performance is not up to par I will implement the time tracker.
11. I will pay for the 13th month.
12. If you do a good job, expect to be praised. I want you to feel like this is your company and you need to know on a daily basis how much you are appreciated and how much I love your work.
