Experience Rock star Cold Caller needed

We're a small real estate company in Washington DC that specializes in purchasing distressed residential and commercial properties. We recently came across cold calling and would like to give it a try. We want to reach more homeowners and grow with individuals like yourself.

We're looking for a top of the line, self-confident people to join our team. We want you to be a real estate investor over the phone. This will begin as a part-time job and move into a full-time position as you prove yourself capable to handle the work given. You will be expected to complete your tasks on Eastern Time zone.

• Must have a reliable internet connection

• Must work on Eastern Time zone
• Must be a fast learner
• Must be capable of following simple instructions
• Must love talking on the phone

• You must be able to communicate via Skype, WhatsApp, & or Zoom,

• Must be proactive
• Good with computers, Mojo auto-dialers, and CRMs (We use Podio)
• Self-motivated, always striving to do and be better
• Some knowledge in the real estate market
• Experience working for a real estate investor before
• What's your dream car and what color?
• Has cold-called for a real estate investor before.
3-4 Hrs/Day Available (Monday-Friday)
- Fluent English (Spanish not required but useful)
- Thick Skin (Some prospects will be rude)

We're offering a base pay per hour with bonuses plus commission per deal closed.
