We are hiring a Real Estate Cold Caller and Administrative Assistant to support a US Based Investing firm. If you a superstar, interested in growing with us, we invite you to apply! The job duties will include:
- Cold Calling Investors & Sellers [Minimum of 100 calls per day]
- Lead management & CRM management [Document all call activity.]
- Lead generation and follow up
- Appointment setting and management
- Document and Contract preparation
To start, this position offers 30 hours per week with potential to move into a full time position.
Hours:
Monday through Friday
1 pm to 7 pm EST (6 hours)
Requirements:
- Must have sales experience
- Must know how to develop and operate our CRM system - Podio
- Must be proficient in English
- Must be able to work nights in order to accommodate 1 pm - 7pm US east coast time.
- Must have experience in real estate.
- Strong Internet connection is very important with a quiet space to work (headset is also preferred.)
- Must be reliable.
- Skilled at time management, great with follow up and follow through.
- Resourceful - able to work through solutions and problem-solve through challenges.
