JOB OVERVIEW

Flexible Hours Available. Monthly Reports must be completed within 5 business days.

-Responsible for the Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising of the Group’s various brands.
-Platforms include Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads.
-Attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills.
-High level of knowledge of PPC platforms. FB/Instagram we use Business Manager
-Time tracked via TimeDoctor.
-Paid for hours rendered via TiemDoctor in the previous month within 2 business days of the start of next month.
-Note: Designs are provided by DoS in conjunction with CK’s Graphic Designer.

Google Ads:
-Campaigns are currently active and monitored by DoS.
-In preparation for new building launches a proposal needs to be created of the various Ad Groups + Keywords that should be created for the building. This includes as a minimum and depending on the target market: Brand+Location Keywords, Short -Stay keywords, Long stay keywords.
-Once Approved implementation of these campaigns. We have 3 stages before launch. Pre Launch - Pre Opening Rates and -Live. Our campaigns and content adjust at each stage.
-Side project - Work with Coders to improve the E-Commerce tracking code.

FB/Instagram:
-We have a generic FB ad that runs constantly for each property with a set daily budget. Adjustments to the target market using A &B testing is preferred.
-Depending on Budgets we may see some extra money allocated on certain months.
-In preparation for new building launches a proposal needs to be created of the various Ads that should be created for the building.
-Once Approved implementation of these campaigns. We have 3 stages before launch. Pre Launch - Pre Opening Rates and Live. Our Ads and Copy change at each stage.
-Side project - Work with Coders to improve FB Pixel tracking code.
-Ad Hoc - Boost FB/Instagram Posts as instructed throughout the month. 48 hours to action. Part of the Mth end reporting will be to provide a break down of the results of each boost. Add comments as to what segments were targets A&B testing etc.


LinkedIn:
Ad hoc changes as instructed by the DoS.

Adroll:
-Monitor & Suggest strategies.
-Ad hoc changes as instructed by the DoS.

Reporting:
-Monthly Reports (within 5 business days)
-Analytics: Costs plus Metrics to be populated into a company Google Sheets doc with details from the previous month.
-Strategy Document: Quick summary of each Property/Brand's results. Max 1 page with a: What worked, what didn’t, what will be tried next month.
-Implement strategies suggested above after approval from DoS
-Individual FB/Insta Boosted Post stats.
