Boost Media Group is looking for a Creative Director that would be the creative lead at advertising and marketing, working with designers, artists, copywriters, sales teams and marketers to create a vision for products sold. Creative directors plan advertising, oversee the creative process and give guidance to the creative people that work under them. They approve all work created by their staff and often work directly with clients to present that work
Requirements
Essentials Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients or other end-users to learn the message or concept being presented.
- Devise the manner of presenting the message, idea or concept.
- Decide which graphics, text, sound, color, style and other design elements to choose for the presentation.
- Develop a layout or framework for the creation.
- Consult with, instruct and assign tasks to the design or creative team.
- Review and approve, reject or suggest changes to the project elements, including art, video, test, photography and sound.
- Periodically, meet or speak with client or end-user to ensure alignment with concept and goals.
- Present final product to end-user for approval.
- Create or follow a given budget for the design project.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Creativity: The Creative Director will invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages. They need to understand design and smart copy, and recognize fresh approaches to advertising.
- Analytical Skills: Advertising and marketing is ever-evolving, and good creative directors are able to analyze trends, look at new data and keep with the times.
- Decision-Making Skills: Advertising campaigns have timelines, and creative directors will need to make decisions on final copy, final art, finished commercials and radio spots.
- Interpersonal Skills: The Creative Director will meet with corporate heads and clients on a regular basis and represent the company. Being a good communicator to all involved will be a great help.
- Management Skills: The Creative Director often has to keep many meetings on schedule, and manage their own time.
- Related Working Experience: The Creative Director should have at least 2-3 years working experience handling and managing multiple Clients, Profiles and
