Looking for a full time chat support agent to deal with online enquires generated via Facebook. The Role will include customer service and booking appointments for surveyors to attend clients homes to offer quotes for our services.
The enquiries are from paid advertising , so users are very receptive and eager to know more about the services.
Enquiries must be answered very quickly to ensure high conversions from enquiry to appointment booked.
We are possibly looking for 2 applicants to take shifts as enquires come through from 6 am to 10 pm 7 days a week.
