Assists in the following activities:
Answering general queries on the Dash
Sorting Dropbox after 2 / when Keen is behind
Responsible for clearing dash before 5
Extra hand in booking in
Production report
other general customer service duties

Requirements:
Must be fluent in English
Experience as a BPO agent or Chat agent
Fast learner and can anticipate what a client needs
