Home Buying Helper is looking for a well English-Speaking candidate, with a great personality to make cold calls to generate motivated leads from distressed Home Owners. "Wholesaling" Real Estate is what we specialize in and often we speak to homeowners that need sympathy and understanding. Therefore you must have a personality that is friendly and not emotionless or robotic. You will need to emotionally relate to what people are going through. This business is about solving peoples problems and understanding how we can do it effectively.

Real Estate experience is preferred but is not mandatory. Training material will be provided regularly to help sharpen effectively communicating with sellers. Bonuses will be provided based off of performance. Calls will be monitored for efficiency as well as training purposes. The calls are about quality conversations with people, not about quantity. Mojo Sells is our dialer as well as our CRM and we operate that along with Call Rail. *NO BACKGROUND NOISE ALLOWED* (Chickens, Roosters, dogs or any other animals)
