Graphic Designer for T-Shirts - would like to work longterm

Hello, I am currently looking for a environmental-protection shirt designer. I own an online shop for sustainability clothing. A new Year is coming and so do the sells. I am going to release a ton of designs. That's why I am looking for a new designer who is interested in a long-term job position if we get along well :)

The first task is to design a shirt with the text: "Run Forest Run", a tree or many trees that are running away. Let your creativity flow. If you don't have any idea I can give you exact details of the design to make life easier for you. Feel free to ask me questions anytime.
