Facebook Campaign Manager for KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP

I am looking for a Facebook campaign manager to help me set up and configure Facebook ---------- ads for a Karate Championship. You must be able to analyze the campaign objectives and make recommendations. The objective is to have people subscribe to an email marketing list for people interested in attending a Karate Championship hosted in Montreal, Canada.

My idea is to use FB LEad Ads to have people click on an ad, arrive on a Landing Page where people can subscribe to News alerts about the Championship. We have four target groups: Karate Schools, Local karate competitors (Montreal), international karate competitors, judges and the general public (spectators).

We have a Facebook page set up for our Karate School and we have likes on the page that can be retargeted with the campaign. We also have a segmented email list that could be used for re-targeting (although I would not know how to target email lists).

Your task would be to :

* make recommendations for appropriate campaign type and setup options
* create the campaign, including banner ads and text ads (I can help with English)
* apply the appropriate targeting options and configurations
* monitor and optimize the campaign
* establish monthly reports (campaign running from January to May 2020)
