Lead Generation/Cold Calling Specialist

Our Real Estate company has summoned list of potential customers and we need a qualified team member to reach out to these prospects and set appointments for our outside sales team. Scripts and training will be provided, but this new team member must be able to communicate very strongly with the prospect over the phone and be driven to continue to make subsequent calls after hearing no from some of these prospects.

We are offering $300 bonus for transaction that close on top of the hourly wage. Experience in setting appointments, making cold calls, and/or working in the real estate industry are all pluses.
