Advocate for every customer concern and request
Proactively resolve escalated customer issues
Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced customer care environment
Confirm customer order details, communicate information to customers, and offer associated products and services
Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required
Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
Qualifications:
Customer service experience in a retail setting preferred
Strong computer skills
Two year college degree preferred
Previous supervisory experience a plus
Excellent time management
Ability to multi-task
Exceptional phone etiquette, spelling, and grammar
Proficient computer, typing skills, and ability to learn proprietary P.O.S. program
Microsoft Office proficiency is preferred
Ability to build strong, positive working relationships
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights and weekends
Prior call center experience is advantageous

Additional Information:
Office operates Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (USA Working Hours)
Full time applicants must have the ability to work 40 hours per week; (USA Working Hours) from their home.
