Graphic Designer for Animals (especially fish)

I am looking for a reliable and skilled graphic designer for my T-Shirt business.
My business focuses on fishing and nature so I need somebody who is able to create detailed and realistic designs of animals (especially different kind of fish).

Job details:
- Full time or Freelance
- Payment: up to 100$ per week or payment per design
- Optional: Additional Payment if the work/collaboration is really good
- Minimum 20 designs per week
- Deliverables: Photoshop dataset (.psd) or Illustrator dataset (.ai) of each design
- Communication: Mail and Skype
