E-Com Virtual Assistant / Customer Service

Looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with excellent English skills to work for an e-commerce company selling apparel/accessories. The primary responsibility will be customer service-related, but the position is flexible as needs arise.

Responsibilities:
• Answering customer service queries
• Community management on Facebook/Instagram
• Business research and outreach

20 hours a week (4 hours a day / 5 days a week) to begin with possibility to grow into a full-time role. Flexible work hours.
