Ecommerce consulting company is looking for a VA (20 hours per week)

I run a small Ecommerce consultancy looking for a virtual assistant (Entry-level) for 4 hours per day (Monday-Friday, 2 pm PHT to 6 pm). If you cannot commit to this kind of hours please don't apply.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to work on a wide variety of smaller, challenging and interesting tasks next to a business consultant. The previous 2 employees in this position were very happy working on this position and eventually went on to start their own businesses.

You need to have at least one of the following skills or qualifications:
-Experience in project management.
-Experience in HR (Hiring, sourcing, management)
-At least some experience in either Ecommerce or website design.

If your skills are lacking on certain areas, then training will be provided to complete the tasks:
-Project management and coordination.
-Hiring, sourcing & management of freelancers.
-General Ecommerce conversion and revenue optimization.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
-Help with organization, simple client deliverables, and administration.
-Tracking of various sales and lead-generation metrics.
-Ongoing ad-hoc help on a variety of matters.

Required:
-Excellent English communication skills are a necessity.
-A stable internet connection that is fast enough for quality Skype calls.
-Attention to detail and a person who takes pride in doing things right.
-Someone who is passionate about communication and wants to have an impact.
-Very eager to learn and able to process instructions, understand the core reasoning behind the processes.
-Eager and able to quickly implement newly learned skills. Hungry to improve.
-You must like to work hard on a computer - We go 100% :)
