CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - URGENT HIRING

E-commerce company is looking for reliable Customer Service Representative. We need someone who is fluent in English, has a positive attitude, has a fast internet connection and a team player. May need to work at night and in the weekends, depends on the assigned schedule.

Responsibilities of the job include:
- Answering general inquiries
- Using specific tools to address customer concerns
- Processing customer orders
- Resolving issues regarding an order a customer might have.
