Analyst I, Accounting

Qualifications:
o Graduate of 4 year course, BS Computer Science or Information Technology.
o Has (at least) 4+ experience in the same field
o With experience in Microsoft access development and Hyperion.
o Background in Accounting is not a ---------- ief review of job responsibilities:
o Support the code and config change during deployment activities.
o Primary contact support if any problem is encountered in terms of the application functionality and technicality.
o Identify areas for improvement on both manual processes and automated systems being developed and supported.
o Prepare and document manual and system procedures for development in support of the business needs.
o Communicate with the developers for clarification of business requirements, testing, and reporting of errors found in the systems being supported.
o Build/Develop bat file and shell scripts to run OS Commands, DB Scripts, Application and Server jobs (e.g. Data query and Report generator to run on specific date/time, Application Service Health Check, Service Auto-Restart if service went down).
o Responsible for the health check monitoring of the server, service logs and performance.
o Update Root Cause Analysis (RCA) often to track the issue and the resolution applied to fix the problem.
o Support for the update of existing stored procedures to add new requirement as requested by the business users.
o Provide full support working on oracle during deployments (includes select and update statements).
o Provide feedback to the client’s request on a timely fashion.
o Generate data reports requested by the business users using PL/SQL and MS Excel.
o Build communication with the users thru email, phone calls and Skype.
