Customer Support Officer

We need a superstar to join our team as a full time customer support officer.

THE ROLE

You will be our customer support ---------- this role, you will work on on-boarding clients to our service (following our detailed process guides to do so) and ensuring that new clients are correctly set-up on our system and receive a good service and experience when being onboarded. You will also be responding to "level one" customer inquiries (these are the simple, easier enquiries from our clients that don't require a campaign manager to be involved) on our web based ticketing system and also off-boarding clients that have left our service.

You will be working within our project management and customer support platform as well as communicating with our team via Slack every day. Your time worked will also be tracked using the Time Doctor Pro time tracking software as part of the role.

YOUR SKILLS

This role is suited to someone with very strong written English skills. We communicate with our clients exclusively via a web based ticketing platform, and you will be communicating to them in written form every day. As such, your English writing and grammar needs to be very strong.

The second skill set we're looking for is someone that is organised and can handle multiple projects/tasks at the same time.

WORKING HOURS

We need you to be available during Sydney business hours from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
