Graphic Designer for Fulfillment in Shopify Gift Store

I'm looking for a full time graphic designer for our new Shopify gift store. We launched in November 2019 and have seen very quick success.

We are a husband and wife team, and my husband is currently fulfilling orders, but he's reaching his limit and needs help! Ideally we would have a person whose sole responsibility is to just handle fulfillment, so we can focus on managerial and marketing tasks.

Our Shopify gift store is print on demand, but it is personalized in nature so every order needs to be designed in a timely manner (ideally less than 24 hours, including revisions/training initially) following our templates. Our style is minimalist, clean, simple and modern.

You will need to be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, be very detail oriented, and able to follow instructions to the T while having impeccable design sense.

We are based in Los Angeles, California, and would expect some overlap with our timezone for training/meetings, at least in the beginning of employment so we can get you onboarded as fast as possible. Once we find a rhythm, you can work during your own set hours.

We pride ourselves in providing amazing customer service to our customers, so speed in delivering the end product is something we value.

This is not a customer facing ---------- will initially be part time hours (don't worry, we'll pay you a full time wage!) so for now, we prefer you to work every day of the ---------- should only be 3-4-ish hours to start per day if not less. And as the business grows, we will hire more designers and at which point, we can offer you certain days off while spending more hours per work day.

Of course, it goes without saying that if there is no work to be done, you're welcome to take time off :)
