Chinese Speaking Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a Chinese speaking Virtual Assistant to help me offer my e-services in China. at the begging we can start with small load of work and then go from there as we grow.

The VA must do the below tasks:

- Answer questions on Wechat and Weibo
- Check Website entries and respond to enquiries
- Prepare sheets with clients information and their status
- Make phone calls with certain clients
- Follow up on each client case
- Transfer clients who are interested in our service to me so I can proceed with their case
- Fill out clients applications
- Updated spreadsheet as you go
- (Potential) Manage weibo and wechat accounts
- (Potential) Help with Social Media Marketing
- And any other task that may arise

at the begining we can start with a low salary of 100$ a month and then we can increase it to 300$ depending on the work load and hours committed to this job. and if the company reached a certain target the VA will get a good amount of commission at the end of the year depending of the number of clients (The commision may reach 10,000$)
