JOB OVERVIEW

You will need to manage social media channels from content creation to publishing and monitoring performance.

You will also need to have social media platform experience, skills in content writing, design, teamwork, self-motivation, strong communication, proofreading, strong customer service, enthusiasm, detail orientation, and collaboration.

You will need to be competent in Social media - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Canva and expert in Google Docs and Asana. Basic/Non essential as training can be provided: ManyChat, Wix, Mail Chimp.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You need to be able to pay attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Excellent understanding of spoken English is essential and you need to be accomplished at writing in the English language

I am looking for someone who is self-motivated and an accurate but fast worker. The individual needs to be professional and reliable and have a ‘Can Do Attitude’!


THE ROLE TASK LIST


Work closely with sales and marketing manager to create/publish/manager engaging content for a company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.
Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms
Schedule company posts across all social media platforms
Create and schedule weekly posts – funny memes, inspirational quotes and images related to the business using canva
Monitor and reply to likes/comments across all social media platforms
Respond or forward messages across all social media platforms
Like comments and visit followers page/profiles and like pictures/posts to improve engagement
Invite people to like our social media pages/platforms
Invite subscribers to channel
Interact with our community and followers
Use company timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
Update company social media FAQ document to continue to build a knowledge base of questions and answers for team use
Create, amend, and monitor Facebook and Instagram adverts.
Create and schedule flows, broadcasts, and sequences within Many Chat
Liaise with copywriters for creation of content – short and long form posts
Create, post and send monthly blog posts/newsletters
Refer people to social media platforms and blog posts
Conduct web research/competitor analysis for content posts
Gather popular content/posts from competitor social media platforms
Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
Maintain up to date record of key/relevant hashtags, keywords and phrases for all social media platforms
Keep business information up to date across all social media platforms
Works with sales and marketing manager to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
Create Operation Manuals for new processes and task templates.

The hours will start at 30 hours per week.

OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS

Pay rate: ---------- PHP per hour
You will get paid weekly, every Tuesday, via PayPal
A bonus will be paid for exceptional work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work
You will be given holiday and sick pay if you become a permanent and long-term staff member
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata)
