IRTUAL CALL CENTER AGENT (OUTBOUND MARKET RESEARCH) - WORK FROM HOME

***For Cebu Residents Only***The position of the virtual call center agent (outbound market research) consists of conducting telephone research interviews and recording the results in our data collection system. Seek and provide information to help our clients meet with business needs in the multifamily industry.

Eligibility:
Full Time Employment:
MON-FRI: 8 work hours per day / 40 hours per week
US Central Time 8:00-17:00
Responsibilities:
Collect data on property key data points
Record results into our internal data collection system
Practice exceptional customer service and telephone techniques
Explain our data collection objectives and handle any rebuttals
Understand importance key industry data points being gathered
Identify and resolve inconsistencies in property staff responses (probe further if needed)
Interpret data collection questions to ensure comprehension on the receivers’ side
Follow strict guidelines for obtaining consistent unbiased data
Maintain participants engagement throughout a lengthy survey with a high level of complexity
Capability to maintain a high level of patience and professionalism throughout interaction
Ability to listen to and accurately capture respondent answers over the phone
Persuade reluctant respondents to participate in the phone call politely
Meet stringent quality assessments standards and call monitoring requirements
Cooperate with co-workers and management while working toward department goals
Maintain center standards for performance and productivity
Follow all center policies and procedures as outlined in the call center policy addendum
Expectations:
Ability to arrive to work on time, and as scheduled
Ability to speak clearly, with enthusiasm, while using tone variation and voice inflection
Personable and willing to quickly build relationships over the phone
Able to explain difficult concepts in simple terms
Willing and able to persuade respondents to participate phone call
Consent to be monitored and recorded while conducting phone calls
Goal focused with willingness to accept coaching and development
Fast learner
Work on diverse task assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma.
Required language(s): English (Fluent)
At least 6 months of prior call center experience
Computer and typing skills (data entry)
Reading comprehension ability (English)
Fluent in the English Language
Prior experience working the graveyard or night shift
Prior experience working remotely from home (Preferred)
Prior experience in outbound research calling, or similar (Preferred)
Ability to use a phone or wear a headset for extended periods of time
Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse
Work environment is indoors, majority of time is spent sitting at a desk
CEBU RESIDENTS ONLY
Compensation Package:
Base gross salary – PHP 25,000 - PHP 28,000
13 th month bonus equal to 1-month base gross salary.
Must be employed with the company for 6 months to qualify.
Must be employed with the company on Dec. 31 st to qualify.
Prorated if employed under 12 months.
Monthly Incentives based on performance
PHP 3,000 health insurance allowance paid monthly (approx. $60)
6 PTO days (accrued 1 per every 2 months) + 1 PTO day per each year of service vested on 1 year anniversary (accrued immediately)
4 sick days
Philippine Holidays paid (12)
US Holidays paid (2 in addition to Philippine holidays)
