JOB OVERVIEW

Our US based client is looking for an Administrative Assistant for Sales. Ideal candidate must have at least 3 years as an Administrative Assistant; 6 months in B2B sales.

Tasks will include
• Research sales prospect.
• Enter prospect info into database.
• Review past communications.
• Plan the approach or next step to keep lead warm.
• Call, email, and/or send linkedin message to prospect for setting appointment.
• Manage followup messages and schedule an appointment on Sales Reps calendar when response is received.
• Confirm appointment day before, reschedule and reconfirm when necessary.
• Send followup messages or call after appointment to see if they have questions.
• Schedule an additional appointment if deal doesn’t close.
• Track sales metrics and status of each prospect throughout the sales pipeline.

Salary : $500 per month
Working Hours : 9am - 5pm US CST
