Amazon dropshipping assistant

I am an Amazon seller looking for an experienced Product Research / VA / Customer Service person.

This person must have experience:
-searching dropshipping websites to research products
-using Amazon tools to find the profitability of products
-listing products FBM in Seller Central

It would also be good if this person is good at:
-product research on sites such as ----------
-fulfilling orders
-providing customer service if a customer returns an item
