Virtual Assistance / Lead Generator

I am looking for someone to assist me in a few items;

1) Research of contacts for Specific Companies and finding phone numbers/email addresses- Using LinkedIn, Websites, etc.
2) Email follow-up
3) Excel spreadsheets
4) Company Research
5) Appointment Setting

Approximately 20 Hours per Week.
