VA for outbound email

My name is Natalie Micale and I’m the co-founder of Oh Hello agency, a creative marketing agency in the Midwest. With my knowledge of social media and previous television experience,
I’m looking to grow the number of social media workshops/speaking gigs that I do each month in the midwest.

I’ve previously spoken to banks, the military, and even college classrooms but thus far, they’ve been unpaid and I’m working to increase the number of paid speaking events I do in 2020. I’m looking for someone who has experience creating lead generation lists and can do email outbound reach out and follow up. I would prefer someone who is experienced in creating and building lists off of sales navigator on LinkedIn or using other apps to pull together a list of emails for my target market. I’m looking to build a fruitful, long-term relationship here.

I will provide:
A well-designed one-page media kit with testimonials that show my proven track record and television experience
Scripts for outbound email reach out
A list of who my general market is and what my niche offering is (I’ll need someone to still pull emails and create a tracking system in Google Docs).

The goal of this project:
I’d like to book 2 speaking gigs each month in the midwest area (Lincoln, Nebraska and Omaha, Nebraska) and through email, I’d like to book 2 meetings a week via email outbound reach out, so I can get on the phone with the event organizer and tell them why they should have me in to speak!
