Real Estate Commissioned Sales

Seeking virtual assistant to generate listings via email and phone. Applicant must speak excellent english and have good phone communication skills. They must also be able to adapt quickly to varying responses to the sales script which will be provided for them. This is strictly a 100% commissioned position but has a generous pay scale for someone who is good with telephone sales. $25 U.S. for each appointment generated and an additional $100 U.S. upon closing of a transaction.

MUST BE ABLE TO MAKE CALLS BETWEEN 9 AM AND 8 P.M CENTRAL STANDART TIME. DEDICATED COMPUTER WITH WIRED INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED. HIGH QUALITY HEADSET AND SPEAKERS A PLUS FOR SKYPE COMMUNICATIONS.
