Technical Support Representative - CF Pro Tools/ClickFunnels

Searching for a technical support specialist knowledgeable in ClickFunnels and Javascript.

Experience using CF Pro Tools add-ons for ClickFunnels will be highly beneficial.

The right candidate will be supporting CF Pro Tools customers in troubleshooting issues with the installation and functioning of CF Pro Tools add-ons within their ClickFunnels pages.

The candidate will also be responsible for handling billing support requests for cancellations and ---------- ndidate will also be responsible for assessing whether they are capable of resolving a customer issue, or whether the ticket should be escalated to ---------- ndidate will also be responsible for documenting CF Pro Tools add-ons and keeping the customer support system up to date with Frequently Asked Questions and Answers to aid customers in finding their own solutions.

For the right person, this position could become full-time, but will start with 20 - 30 hours per week.
