Content Curator or Creative Writer

Here's what you need to be great at:

- Writing. This goes without saying. But I prefer someone with education and/or experience in traditional media writing but with an edge and a unique voice. Someone who isn't afraid to defy what they learned in school, but still understands it.

- Content Management Systems. If you understand how to run a Wordpress site, then you are already smart enough for this. You need to understand how to add text, images, titles, etc. A slightly advanced Facebook. I think you've got this.

- Basic Photoshop. Nothing extensive, just the ability to edit images when necessary. Resizing, cropping, things like that.

- And above all, you need an eye for killer content ( Although I will provide u list of places from where u can get viral content, but still u need to be good at it, I will train you on that). I am looking for a person who can find the next huge viral article. The next article everyone will be talking about. That is my focus, so you must excel at this. Ideally, you're an Internet geek who spends his or her time surfing the Web all day anyway.
