YouTube Thumbnail Artist - Animation

Hey there,

I have a youtube channel, and I am looking for someone to make thumbnails that look like this: ---------- The character must look exactly like this, and currently, the drawing is done, in adobe flash - So ideally you would draw this in Adobe Flash.

I also need someone who can change things quickly, like a different arm movement, or to add something in the background.

If things work out with us, this would be long term employment, guaranteed work, every month.

Here is a little test, to see if it would be a good match, here is a description of the next thumbnail I want to work on:

This is going to be a "Before" And "After" Thumbnail:

**So on the left, I want something a little like this: ---------- but do you see the square? Show the person, from that far upwards - still make him look fat, like around the boob area. And of course, on the right, make our guy look jacked, and also put an expensive watch on him - but this time, have them both brushing their teeth, but make sure, they are in the EXACT same position. and, put “2019” on the left, on the right, put 2020. For the background, use something like this: ---------- **

The characters have to look the same, not the same facial expression in all of them of course, but it has to be the same person.
