White Hat Link Builder

Hello, I need some link builders for my eCommerce site.
I only do 100% white hat link building, and I do not pay for any links. I only need links from DR above 30.
I will pay $10-$50 to 1 link you build depends on link quality.

I have NO interested in any sites you have.

I will create several campaigns like a product review, giveaway, etc.
For product review campaigns the steps are:
1. Find my niche related influencers blogs on google or competitors's backlinks.
2. Sort DR above 30 sites.
3. Create an email account and outreach to the blog owners.
4. Create a google doc to record every data you find.
